We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, address, or payment details. The site is free and does not sell products directly. What we do collect falls into two groups.
When you use the eligibility engine, you enter details like your pet's species, breed, weight, and your route. This is processed to return a result and is not used to identify you personally. We may analyze this in aggregate to understand which airlines and routes are searched most.
When you visit, certain analytics and advertising tools collect technical and usage data such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site. This is done through the third-party services listed below.

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
